Mr. Adams

Hello! My name is Jim Adams and I am the Computer Applications teacher here at Northside Middle School. I have been married to my wife Susan for 42 years.  I have been in education in some form for around 17 years. I have my Masters in Divergent Learning from Columbia College. My undergraduate degree in Business Administration is from the University of South Carolina. This is my third year here at Northside Middle school. I am certified in Business Education which allows me to teach a variety of subjects. Some of the subjects I have taught at my other schools before coming to Northside include: Google Applications, Fundamentals of Computing, Computer Programming, Finance, Business Law, Entrepreneurship, Website Design, Image Editing, Digital Desktop Publishing. I am married and we have one fur baby:  A West Highland Terrier named Ethel. I have taught the majority of my time in education in high school but I am looking forward to my time here at Northside Middle School and I hope you have an enjoyable school year!

 

I love photography and my wife and I love to travel. I also enjoy singing. I have sung with the Columbia Choral Society along with choirs at the University of South Carolina.  We are looking forward again to when we can travel to Europe again and I am looking forward to having you in my class!
