Frequently Asked Questions
  • What is I need to submit my Proof of Residency documents electronically?
Please email these documents to Ms. Kate Felder ([email protected]).

  • What time should I drop off my child?
The school building opens at 7:30 am. No students are allowed to be left unsupervised before 7:30 am. Students will report to the gym to wait for breakfast or homeroom. The first bell for homeroom rings at 8:15 am and the tardy bell rings at 8:20 am.

  • When will my child be dismissed at the end of the day?
We will begin afternoon dismissal at 3:30 pm. Any students still at the carpool line at 3:50 pm will be taken to after care with the Boys & Girls Club in the cafeteria, and a fee may be charged.

  • My child is a car rider. Where should I drop him/her off?
All students who are car riders should be dropped off on the side of the building in the carpool line, which faces Riverbank Elementary School. Students may not be dropped in front of the school. This area is reserved for buses. Follow the traffic pattern on Cougar Drive past Riverbank Elementary, loop around at the park and turn right into the carpool entrance. Your child may exit your car from the right side of the vehicle once your car reaches the sidewalk. Students will enter the building at the glass doors towards the front of the car loop area. You will not be able to turn left into the carpool line from Cougar Drive.

  • Who do I contact if there is an error in my child's schedule?
Please email Ms. Brooke Oxendine ([email protected]) with your child's name and brief description of the error.
