About Me

Hello! My name is Abby Lawson, and I am one of the 8th grade math teachers at Northside Middle. I I recently graduated from Clemson University (go tigers!) with a double major in mathematical sciences and secondary education. At Clemson, I was involved in Clemson Fellows, my local church, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Some things that I am passionate about in teaching are stoking curiosity, training students to take initiative in their own learning, and raising up creative problem solvers. I am very excited to be joining the Northside Middle School family.
