About Me
Hello! My name is Payne Rutherford and I am from down in Summerville, SC. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Middle Education. Teaching and learning history has been a passion of mine since I was in high school. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending my weekends playing golf or watching any gamecock sporting event. Since being in Columbia, I fell in love with it and wanted to stay a little longer. I am excited to be a part of the Northside community.
