Welcome to Math class! My name is Ann Hutto. This is my thirteenth year teaching 6th grade math at Northside! After receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Francis Marion University, I taught third grade in Lake City, SC. I returned to Florence the next year to continue teaching third grade where I completed my student teaching assignment.
My wonderful husband and I married in 2000 and moved to Nashville, TN where I did not teach. Upon returning home, I earned my Master of Education degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College and returned to teaching through being a long-term substitute for 7th and 8th grade Math. I was hired at Northside in 2012 and the rest, as they say, is history!
*We use Google Classroom regularly for posting/submitting assignments and materials. Students will be given an access code shortly after they receive their Chromebooks. Parents, you will receive an invitation through your email that will allow you to also see your child assignments.
