All about me!

I am so happy to state that I am in my 14th year of teaching Special Education in Lexington County District Two! Northside Middle school has created a  wonderful learning environment for students and a caring environment for both students and teachers!

My personal mission statement regarding the education of my students is to access the talents of the community, family, and staff to develop a positive environment that maximizes the potential of students with disabilities to become informed decision-makers, engaged learners, and responsible citizens in an ever-changing and diverse society.

I graduated from Newberry College, in Newberry, SC in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with an add-on in Learning Disabilities.
