Greetings,

My name is Lindsey Bailey and I was born and raised in South Carolina.  I have been married for fourteen years to my wonderful husband, Christopher.  We have three children:  Jackson (twelve years old), Beckham (four years old), and Millie (10 months).  When not working, you can find me doing something outside.  My husband, children, and I love the great outdoors!  We are an active family and spend most of our summers traveling to the beautiful state parks in SC hiking and sight-seeing.

I am so excited to be a part of your student’s educational journey.  Our class will be built around ensuring the students are future leaders and can take responsibility for themselves and have the skills needed to critically think and work with others.  I am a constructivist at heart and believe that with the right tools our students can begin to take ownership of their learning and assume responsibility for their actions. 

Students will be using Google Classroom this year as the platform for most class assignments.  Students will be given access to their class once they receive their Chromebook during the first days of school.  All parents with an email on file with the school will be sent a Parent/Guardian invitation to Google Classroom that provides daily/weekly summaries of assignment progress.  You will also have access to Talking Points as our communication outlet for important announcements for the class.
